Privacy policy.

Your information is used only to respond to your request. It is never sold or shared for commercial purposes. This translation is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.

Data collected

When you use the quote request form, we receive the information you choose to send us:

  • your name and email address (required so we can reply);
  • your message and details of your project: desired packages and features, domain name, current website, status of your content and timeline;
  • if you provide them, your company name, phone number, industry and town.

Purpose and legal basis

This information is used solely to respond to your request and prepare a quote. This processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention period

If your request does not lead to a project, we delete your data from our mailbox no later than 12 months after our last exchange. If we work together, it is kept for the entire business relationship, then for as long as our legal accounting obligations require.

A copy of each request sent through the form is also kept by our provider Web3Forms, which deletes it automatically no later than three years after it was sent, in accordance with its privacy policy. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Processors

Your data is never sold. It passes through technical service providers acting on our behalf:

  • Web3Forms — forwarding the form to our inbox;
  • OVHcloud — email;
  • Cloudflare — website hosting.

Browsing data

When you visit the website, your browser automatically sends your IP address and technical information (browser type, page requested, date and time). Our host, Cloudflare, processes this data to display the website and protect it against abuse. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a functional and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The fonts are hosted on the website itself: loading them sends no data to any third party. Keystone Studio does not keep this data and does not use it to identify you or track your browsing.

Transfers outside the European Union

Cloudflare (United States) and Web3Forms (operated from India) may process some data outside the European Union. Cloudflare participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; Web3Forms covers these transfers with the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, set out in its data processing agreement. To filter spam, Web3Forms may submit the sender’s IP address and email address to anti-spam services.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking cookies or audience measurement tools.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, and object to its processing. You may also request restriction of processing or data portability. Simply write to contact@keystonestudio.be; we reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
